This paint booth uses foamboard, duct tape and velcro (hook and loop ) to create a 600mm wide, 415mm tall and 420mm deep paint area that flat packs for storage. Its very cheap to make.
I will however only instruct how to make the booth. Lights and extractor will be shown but only as an example, although LED kits exist everywhere.

I was able to buy 4 sheets of A1 foamboard from a hobby store for £12 / $16* / 14 EUR
The example cut guide is based on A1 sheets. As you can see this giant booth takes just over 2 if buying individually.

The bottom and side are tape hinged together ( hold pieces in place and use tape to affix together. Let go and run tape on the inside while flat )

For the rest to come apart with velcro I'm using duct tape laid sticky side up. Then velcro bonded to it in pairs. The opposite hook/loop side of the velcro was stuck to the sheet edges.
Once ready the panels are held in place while the tape velcro is applied. Thats its.
With the bottom tape hinged to the sides its just a case of putting the top on and then the back panel. At which point the whole thing is rigid enough to pick up and move about even with work inside.

so for me personally I'm using a 12v high static pressure case fan for extraction with an acrylic filter pad for cook hob tops. For LEDs I'm using a 12V water proof strip but lights are up to yourself.
